What is beer brewing? 🍺

The exact process varies according to the brewery, equipment and type of beer being produced.
Brewing activities and safety
Volunteer roles may involve preparing ingredients, observing or assisting with brewing, cleaning equipment, bottling or packaging, or learning about fermentation. Technical tasks should be clearly explained and appropriately supervised.
Breweries can involve hot liquids and surfaces, cleaning and sanitising chemicals, pressurised equipment and carbon dioxide from fermentation. Volunteers should not operate unfamiliar equipment or handle hazardous processes without suitable training, protective equipment and supervision.
