Attention: Visa
If you’re coming from outside of Europe, it’s important to remember that obtaining a visa can be a bit of a process. Make sure you have the means to cover your visa and travel costs before you apply. And remember, volunteering is not a means of moving to other countries for free. Organizations, families, and local communities are not able to provide invitation letters as it poses a significant number of risks.
Please visit the official administration website of France to learn more about their laws and the type of visa required for volunteering. And remember, this is just the beginning of your journey, so take the time to explore and discover all that France has to offer!
