Green Village Hope Children Home is a community project in Ipali, Vihiga County, Kenya. It gives care, safety, and education support to orphans and vulnerable children. The home also helps teenage mothers and widows through counseling, skills training, and small income activities. About 38 children live and learn here with guidance from caregivers and the founder, Mama Florence. The team focuses on food, shelter, school needs, life skills, and health. They also work on clean water and solar lighting to make study time easier and safer. Volunteers are welcome all year to help with childcare, teaching, farming, animal care, building, computers, health support, and fundraising. Typical help is 4 to 5 hours a day, four days a week. Accommodation, meals, and Wi Fi are provided, and there are no program fees, only optional donations. Together, the community and volunteers create a kind, practical place for children to grow.
