Stoke Travel is the biggest Oktoberfest accommodation provider and tour operator in Munich, with 1000s of beer lovers staying and partying with us for every night, making Stoke Travel the most fun and best value choice for your trip to Oktoberfest in 2023.
We are looking for 150 stoke volunteers. You will work 5-8 hours a day for 5 days a week.

What’s a festival without the festival crew? What’s Stoke Travel without our beloved Stokies? We are always looking for Legends of the Fest to help us make our experiences amazing, and unforgettable and as outrageous as possible.

When would you need volunteers? 📅

• 21st of August – 18th of October

How many days of help per week? 🌒

• 5 days per week – 2 days off

Note about the volunteer work and other expectations 📝
During this role, you are responsible to ensure the smooth operation of services during the Stoke Summer season. The festival crew role includes set up, different responsibilities during the festival and packdown!

What type of accommodation can you provide? 🏕

• Tent 🎪

Diet – nutrition information 🥗🥤

You get 3 meals a day. Also, you get a few snacks. Off-shift you get free beers and sangria. We can offer Vegetarian and Vegan food at the event.

Fees transparency 🆓🔍

No, we do not charge any fees for the accommodation and the food.

VISA – could you provide Visa support/info/invitation letters? 🛂

No! we cannot help with Visa/invitation letters – similar requests will be ignored. ❌

Volunteers’ benefits 🏆🏅

You get to know a lot of new people and enjoy the event. At the stoke site, every foods and drinks are free. When you’re at the main site of the event you have to pay for yourself.

Compensation:

• Free private tent accommodation at the Stoke Travel campsite
• 3 meals a day
• Snacks
• Free beer and sangria off shift
