Volunteer at international summer camp in Estonia, teaching English

English summer camp

Bellnor Summer Camp was established by Bellnor Ltd in 2004, since then every summer we have welcomed kids from all over the world who want to improve their English skills, make new friends and have a fun summer.

Our camp is located in Kloogaranna, Estonia, which is about 30 km from Tallinn. The best part about our location is that we are no more than 5 min walks away from the sea.

Kids will have 40 academic hours of English lessons and the whole afternoon and evening filled with activities that are organised in English. All our teachers are native English speakers and they are chosen and invited to our summer camp.

Update May 2025:

We’re looking for English-speaking volunteers to join our international summer camp in Estonia this July.

If you enjoy working with children, spending time in nature, and teaching in a fun, informal setting — this might be a great opportunity.
Camp dates:

Session 1: 13–19 July
Session 2: 20–26 July

(You can join for one or both sessions. There’s a 1-day break in between.)

Location:

Varemurru Holiday Centre – 3 minutes from the Baltic Sea, surrounded by forest, about 2 hours from Tallinn.

About the camp

The camp is fully in English and designed for children aged 8–17 from different countries.

The program includes morning English lessons and afternoon activities like sports, games, workshops, and evening events.

“Volunteer” responsibilities include:
  • Teaching English (no formal qualification required, just confidence and creativity)
  • Leading or assisting with group activities (games, workshops, sports)
  • Being responsible for a small group of campers
  • Encouraging children to speak English throughout the day
  • Helping organize evening events together with the team
What we offer to each “volunteer”:
  • Accommodation at the camp
  • Four meals per day
  • Transfer from Tallinn to the camp
  • Travel reimbursement of 150 EUR per session
  • Support with lesson planning and materials if needed

We’ve been organizing summer camps since 2004 and each year we welcome an international volunteer team to help create a fun and immersive English-speaking environment.

Bellnor Summer Camp previous experiences

Over the years we have welcomed kids from all over the world. We have had students from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Austria, Italy, Ukraine, Belarus, Norway, Finland, Russia, Japan, Taiwan, Kazakhstan, and USA. As a teacher at our camp you would be teaching one of the group; beginners, lower intern, intern, higher intern and advanced.

You will need to prepare for the lessons and create a lesson plan. We help with that but as the teacher, you will know your group better.
