Stay on a quiet rural organic smallholding near Fundão, Portugal, in an equipped caravan on 2 hectares of land. In exchange for 12 to 15 hours of help per week, you get accommodation plus electricity, borehole water, internet, shower, and a washing machine. Meals are not included, so you cook for yourself. Tasks change with the season and may include gardening, land maintenance, pruning, harvesting olives and fruit, fence or gate repairs, and building projects like shade or a compost toilet. You will share the place with two rescue dogs and a cat. Fundão town is about 10 km away.
