Check the project location in Nigeria ⚠️

Check the exact location, current travel advice for Nigeria and your own government’s guidance before considering an in-person placement.

Online and on-site volunteering

Tasks may include fundraising, communications, administration or community support. For remote roles, agree on hours, supervision, communication tools and access to organisational accounts.

Visas and travel preparation

Confirm the appropriate permission with the Nigeria Immigration Service. The F7M visa includes certain NGO volunteers but does not cover every arrangement. Do not assume tourist entry permits volunteering. Check health requirements, insurance and emergency arrangements before travelling.

How to use this page
