This wall tree is built from old pallet boards and a few leftover wooden planks. The pieces are fixed to a vertical support to draw a simple Christmas tree shape. Warm LED fairy lights run across the branches and small handmade ornaments hang from string. There are paper circles, red stars, fabric hearts, tiny wooden trees and a dried orange slice. The rustic wall becomes the perfect background and there is no plastic in sight. It is an easy, low cost idea for eco hostels, volunteer houses and small homes with limited space.
