Volunteer in a Scottish Rainforest by the Sea – Free Stay & Nature Experience

rainforest, scotland, volunteer exchange, food and accommodation, volunteering opportunity

Join Sam in a remote and stunningly beautiful rainforest on the west coast of Scotland, where you’ll help with gardening, woodland maintenance, animal care, DIY, and beach clean-ups. Volunteers stay in cozy, fully-equipped caravans (one for a couple, one for a solo traveler) and enjoy home-baked bread and shared lunches. The exchange includes free food and accommodation in return for 4–5 hours of help a day, 5 days a week. Opportunities are available year-round.

Located near the village of Tarbert, the site offers access to mountains, beaches, kayaking, and island hopping. Sam welcomes enthusiastic, independent volunteers who care about nature and community. English is spoken, most diets are accommodated (mostly vegetarian), and there are no fees to participate.
