Chef Vacancy โย We are looking for a cook! (Uk rainian refugees and their families are welcome to apply too. Please share). Established in 1989, Bonjardim Boutique Hotel is a vineyard and bed & breakfast that has won many international awards.
Located amidst the vineyards, ‘Bonjardim Boutique Restaurant’ made an amazing debut in 2019, and since then we have a score of 9.6 on theFork.pt website (based on 110+ reviews).
We work with regional and local (slow-food) organic products, respecting nature. We offer a unique gastronomic experience, rather than just serving food. Bonjardim Boutique Restaurant is extraordinary.
Location:
Bonjardim is in the village of Nesperal, which is in the geographical centre of Portugal, roughly 180 km. from Lisbon and Porto.
The village with 300 chimneys is surrounded by pine trees, vineyards and hills. On the area of Bonjardim, which covers about 28 acres, you can stroll through vineyards and the forest. You could also enjoy some wine on the terrace.
Starting the new tourist season in April/May 2022, we are looking for a new cook.
Candidate profile:
- Experience working as a chef cook
- Gastronomic creativity
- Open, flexible, independent, hospitable attitude, customer-oriented – and above all, kind
- A good level of English or Portuguese (we have Portuguese and international guests)
- legally allowed to work in Portugal
