Hostel exchange in Portugal – 33 Hostel in Ferrel (Baleal, near Peniche) is looking for 2 volunteers. This is a world surf destination. We are looking for responsible, polite, punctual, hard-working volunteers who speak good English and want to be part of a family hostel.

About the hostel
33 Hostel is a lovely home with a unique family atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. It is located in the centre of Ferrel, near the beaches of Almagreira, Pico da Mota and Baleal, and itâs an ideal place to surf. We organise homemade family dinners, pub crawls and group trips to nearby towns and attractions, and we are always available to provide assistance and advice to our guests.
Location
Ferrel is a village with a strong local community. Nearby Peniche is famous for its beaches and is often called Portugalâs âWave Capitalâ. Surfers will appreciate that many of the best spots are just a few minutes away, with conditions all year round.
The Berlengas Islands and Cabo Carvoeiro are popular places to visit. Nearby you can also explore Serra dâEl-Rei and Ãbidos, known for its medieval castle. The hostel is right in the centre of Ferrel, close to everyday services like supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, a pharmacy, ATMs, banks and surf shops.

my name is Ori I’m 23 from Isreal after my military services I travel a lot in the world because of the covid I work in Eilat (beach town in Israel) as a waiter in the beach for a couple of months, and now I Work in Swiss in Sales and this year I will start my study in The Hebrew University in Computer Science I hope I will contact me soon because I want to go at the beginning of August
