English summer camp in Poland

I am an English teacher planning to organise an English summer camp for middle and high school children. I would like Polish students to become more fluent in English, and at the same, my wish is to give foreign volunteers an amazing opportunity to immerse themselves into Polish culture (trying local dishes, Sightseeing). No typical lessons are expected but learning through games, quizzes, conversations etc.
