The Transylvanian Hungarian Films Association (THF) is looking for motivated young people to join an 8-month ESC project in Odorheiu Secuiesc, Romania. Volunteers will collaborate with local youth, take part in creative film and photography projects, and become valued members of the local youth organisations. 🎥📸

Our community’s mission is to empower young people through film, creativity, and active civic engagement. We believe that storytelling is a powerful tool for social change, inclusion, and environmental awareness.

CineVolunteers operates within a youth-focused ecosystem in Transylvania that promotes:

• Media literacy and critical thinking
• Youth participation in democratic life
• Environmental responsibility
• Cultural dialogue and minority inclusion
• Skill development through non-formal education

We aim to create opportunities for young people, especially those from smaller communities or with fewer opportunities, to access creative tools, express their voices, and become active contributors to society.

The accommodation comes with a fully equipped kitchen, so volunteers can prepare meals for themselves.
