This small intentional community in Alentejo, Portugal is looking for one passionate volunteer gardener and maintenance helper from March, with a minimum stay of two weeks and the option to extend.
The project is based in Vale Cortiรงas, near Odemira, in a green valley with veggie gardens, a small lake and surrounding cork-oak forest. The volunteer will help take care of the gardens and green areas around the guesthouse, support basic maintenance tasks and share daily life such as cooking and keeping common spaces tidy. In exchange for 4โ5 hours of help per day, five days a week, the host offers three meals a day, Wi-Fi, use of all facilities, a shared bedroom in the main house (or space for a tent/van/treehouse) and occasional horse time, plus trips to the beach, markets and local โparadise spotsโ. The community focuses on regenerative culture, authentic relationships and a more self-sufficient, nature-based lifestyle.
