Kayenje Church of Uganda Primary School welcomes international volunteers who would like to support classroom learning and experience daily life in rural Uganda. Volunteers can assist local teachers with reading, writing, basic numeracy, English conversation and other educational activities. They work under the supervision of school staff and do not replace qualified teachers. The school also welcomes help with sports and community activities. Free accommodation, breakfast and lunch are provided, while volunteers cover their own travel and personal expenses.
