Volunteer exchange in Malaysia – Kembara Adik Ke Kebun Rahsia

Group of Malaysian kindergarten children and teachers posing in front of a Kebun Rahsia farm banner during an outdoor educational visit in Kota Tinggi, Johor.

Support a small family project in Johor that is building a medicinal herb nursery for the local community. Volunteers help five hours a day, five days a week with tasks like clearing land, building a bamboo shade house, planting, irrigation and caring for chickens, ducks and goats. In exchange you receive a private room, meals, and the chance to learn about tropical plants, basic survival skills and rural Malaysian life, with nearby waterfalls, jungle trails and beaches to explore on your days off.
