If you are not sure about which organization to choose, remember that the organizations listed below are able to provide further information, references, certifications and the contact details of previous volunteers. These organizations have already plenty of experiences with foreign volunteers and are ready to provide the best in terms of hospitality and accommodation.

However, remember that, though these organizations always try to do their best in order to accommodate the volunteers’ needs, you join them to help THEM, not the other way round.

Volunteering is not an “alternative holiday vacation” but a serious not paid work experience. Please, do volunteer only if you really want to help the local community. If you don´t possess any particular skill/ability, don’t worry: even small contributions can make a difference. In any case, you can always choose to become a Paying guest/ethical tourist. That can also be a big help!
