Ecocaminhos (Eco Farm in Brazil) is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communication Specialist to join their international team.

Eco Caminhos is an organisation dedicated to promoting sustainable living through agroforestry, bioconstruction, educational activities, and ecotourism.
The Communication Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing the organisation’s social media channels, promoting the organisation online, creating videos for social media and the website, and writing blog articles. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for communication with potential volunteers and tourists.
The ideal candidate will have fluent proficiency in both English and Portuguese, possess excellent writing skills, have experience with WordPress, be a nature lover, and have strong social media/marketing skills.

Are you passionate about sustainability, content creation, and community living? Join us at Eco Caminhos, a reference farm in the mountains of Rio de Janeiro. We’re looking for someone to help share our mission with the world.
🎥 Your Role Includes
- Create videos, photos, blog posts, newsletters
- Update and manage our WordPress website
- Grow our presence on social media
- Respond to volunteer and partner inquiries
- Guide a small team of communication volunteers

- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Skilled in writing, communication & organisation
- In good physical shape (you’ll be moving around the farm for photos/videos)
- Passion for sustainability and intentional living
- Experience with content creation, social media, SEO, and WordPress
- Basic skills in video editing or graphic design
- Experience working with international teams or volunteers

Benefits
This is a full-time position, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. The salary is commensurate with professional experience, and benefits include 2 months of holidays during the year, accommodation, food, wifi, and the opportunity to co-live and work with an international team in the stunning mountains of Nova Friburgo.
