Would you like to join our team of bartenders? We are looking for travellers who would like to participate in our work exchange programme. You will receive 3 meals per day, accommodation in a shared room in our staff house, weekly laundry and discounts on drinks and tours. We ask for a minimum commitment of 1 month and previous bar experience is preferred but not essential.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic bartenders to join our team for the upcoming parties we are planning for our high season. We’re looking for staff to help us in our restaurant and bar, to make sure our guests feel welcome and are ensured to have a good time.
Requirements
Volunteers should be fun and responsible people who can commit to a minimum of six weeks working in Lanquin. The ideal applicant will have previous experience in a similar position, enjoy travelling, socializing with guests, and maintaining a high customer service standard. You must have advanced English for this position.
Location
Zephyr River Lodge is located on a hilltop in the small Mayan town of Lanquin. Located in a unique setting in the jungle of Guatemala, we receive guests from all over the world, who travel to Lanquin to visit the natural monument of Semuc Champey.
