Volunteering in the Sahara: experience the charm of the desert
Volunteering in the Sahara, in south-east Morocco. We are recovering and expanding our family house, made with mud bricks and palm tree wood, and working in the gardens. Please contact us if you are curious or would like to visit!
General info
Me and my family in the Sahara Desert, Morocco, welcome volunteers from all over the world to come and share an experience with us whilst learning from each other.
Volunteers will participate in the construction of nomadic-style rooms incorporating traditional techniques (construction of clay and earth), specifically to make a resting place for future tourists. We also work in the garden planting vegetables, fruit, and aromatic seeds in a chilled-out environment. We welcome and encourage ideas in order to grow, work and live sustainably, starting as friends, becoming family.

It is so valuable for us to see that our volunteers enjoy their time here and feel completely comfortable. To feel comfortable and relaxed is very important, especially since for most volunteers these surroundings are very new and unfamiliar. We hope to give everyone a good experience here in the Sahara Desert!
