1. To provide high standards of teaching, learning and training and to provide a conducive learning and working environment.
2. To involve various local community major groups, namely: young people, women, intellectuals, professionals of various cadres and to be practical, innovative and relevant to societal needs and aspirations.

Note about the volunteer work and other expectations π
Volunteers engage in fundraising, sponsor childrenβs education (if possible), teach, serve food, play with children, manage social media, perform administrative tasks, network for the school, and participate in construction works.

Locally available food includes beef, fish, chicken, beans, rice, eggs, chapatti, spaghetti, fruits such as watermelon, banana, pineapple, oranges, pawpaw, etc.

- Transportation fee for airport pickup: Ksh. 5000. Volunteers meet their own travel costs during local errands. (approx. 40$ or 40β¬)

Flight to Kisumu International Airport or Jomo Kenyatta Airport (Nairobi) and then bus to Mbita.
Volunteers are picked up by the school director at Mbita.
