Whatโs the mission of your community? ๐ฏ
Our mission is to help others see the interconnectedness of all life through our retreats and volunteer trips, which contribute to life-changing work and funding for homeless and/or rescued animals throughout our partnership network. We work directly with local animal rescues who may not have the time or resources to consistently fundraise and gather support for the work they do on the ground. We provide hands-on support during our Volunteer Trips, and also fundraise throughout the year to raise awareness and provide supplies and monetary donations.

Our volunteer trips include both manual labor and excursions that may not be suitable for children or persons who are not physically โfit.โ

YES, this is a PAID trip (price will depend on if you choose a shared room or a private room). However, youโre able to participate in our pre-trip fundraiser to earn a refund towards your trip fee (the more you raise, the more youโll be able to get refunded.) Your trip fee helps cover our accommodations, transportation (including airport pick-up/drop-off, daily driving, all gas, tolls, and parking fees) and your dedicated Trip Hostโs salary (they will be with you 24/7 and also take care of driving and logistics of the itinerary).

Maybe. We can help with an invitation letter, if the candidate has good qualifications. ๐โโ๏ธ

Youโll meet like-minded people (who often turn into lifelong friends), get to give back to the community and animals in need, and get to explore an incredibly diverse island. Excursions may include: snorkeling with sea turtles in a marine reserve, hiking in El Yunque National Forest (the only tropical rainforest in the US), trekking to a secret waterfall, or other excursions depending on the dates of your trip!
What are the available activities during free time? ๐ด๐ฃ๐ฆ
