Facebook Group Guidelines & Template 📄

Facebook group guidelines

Terms of conditions (updated 08/01/2025)

Facebook group rules – The basic rules for the use of our Facebook groups are described in the rules section of the Facebook Group, but you can also read them on this other pageℹ️
Below you can read about our Group’s terms of conditions.
First condition
Over the years, we’ve received reports of negative experiences from both hosts and volunteers in our Facebook groups. To improve safety and trust, we now require members to have profiles with a clear photo of their face and basic personal details. This step helps keep our community safe and credible.
Second condition

Many hosts have reported receiving requests for VISA assistance and travel expenses.

Before applying for volunteer positions, make sure you can cover your own VISA and travel costs. Volunteering isn’t a free way to relocate to another country. Posts requesting hosts to cover these expenses may be deleted, and members making such requests could be removed from the group.
