Spend the winter in Finland helping an international coliving community

We’re looking for someone to help our host out this winter in Finland.

A bit of backstory: we run an international coliving space in eastern Finland. People come here to spend the winter focusing on their work, enjoying the community and experiencing the Finnish seasons.

We could use an extra pair of hands to help make the season good for everyone.

What that actually looks like: helping plan community dinners, keeping an eye on the aurora forecast and getting people out to see it when it’s worth going, organizing the odd trip around the surrounding lakes and countryside, and generally being the person who makes new residents feel like they’ve landed somewhere good.

You don’t need a hospitality background. You need to actually like people, not mind the cold and dark, and want to be part of something rather than just pass through it.

In exchange, you’d have a place to stay with us, including your room, sauna and co-working space, for the season.

Notes about requirements and accessibility

Participants must be 18 or older.

We may be able to host volunteers with disabilities depending on individual needs. Apartments are located on the first and second floors of the building.
