Hostel Mandala, located in vibrant Anjuna, North Goa, is looking for volunteers to help out at the front desk and with guest relations. In return, volunteers receive free dorm accommodation, vegetarian meals, and a chance to enjoy rooftop sunsets and connect with travelers from around the world.

As a Front Desk & Guest Relations volunteer, your role will involve welcoming guests, helping with check-ins, offering travel tips and local recommendations, and supporting hostel events and activities. Most importantly, you’ll be there to spread good vibes and make guests feel at home.
The requirements?
A minimum stay of one month (starting from October onwards), solid English communication skills, and a warm, approachable personality.
In exchange for your time and energy, you’ll get to stay for free in the hostel dorms, enjoy delicious egg and vegetarian meals, and soak in the magic of Goa — from rooftop sunsets to the buzzing community of international backpackers.
