We are looking for a cook or chef who can help us to create a menú for a new restaurant. We want to create a menu Spanish-Greek-oriented menu but with local ingredients. You will learn also from Sri Lanka cuisine since it is important for us that you know also about local cuisine. We will show you about the culture, bring you to local markets, enjoying together local food…etc .
We are flexible with the hours, since the business will be closed at that time. We want you to help is (owner, manager and helper), not to work with the public.
We think 3 hours per day is enough.

The objective of looking for volunteers is to exchange, and not only getting some from you. We offer accommodation in a great environment, in a nice cabana surrounded by nature. This is a win-win.

We need your help to create the menu and try to cook different dishes to try them and decide if add or not into the menu. We have already some ideas.

Enjoy a vacation in a nice accommodation close to the ocean with a nice garden and possibly a pool (the pool is accessible some days per week).
The place is amazing, surrounded by nature and animals.
Also you will learn a lot about the local culture and we can show you around.
May-Jun-July is low season so the place will be really calm. Normally is not very rainy, but the ocean is rough. The best place to swim during this time is around 30 min by public transportation
