Portugal exchange – I’m Aga and together with my partner (we’re in our 30s) we bought land and a house near Aljezur, Portugal. I’m a coach & therapist, he works for a social change enterprise. We have 2 kittens and a puppy. We would welcome you to stay with us, experience the countryside lifestyle close to the ocean, vegetarian food and peace & quiet.

What’s the mission of your community?
Our mission is to live a simple life, enjoy nature and slow down. We’re both working professionals who started to renovate this house of ours and we would love to continue the construction and small projects around, make the garden, grow the veggies. We would love to get some help around the house and land in exchange for accommodation & food. Ideally, we’re seeking somebody mature, with initiative, who enjoys peace, quiet, music, animals and nature.

Note about the volunteer work and other expectations
We will plan priorities for the week and self-organise every morning to get things done smoothly. Just a note that as we’re both working, we might not always be able to join you. We would expect you to follow through with the agreements and hours we agree on.

No! we cannot help with Visa/invitation letters – similar requests will be ignored.
