Free gardening course – Aged 18-64? Like support and training in green skills? Want help getting into employment or volunteering?
Green Skills for Green Spaces supports you through a free training course, giving you hands on experience in horticulture and conservation. We´ll be running n seven taster sessions in March 2020, including “enjoy gardening“, grow your own veg, tool use and care, and plant indentification; attend as many sessions as you like. Come and meet us, develop your skills and work as part of a team. group sizes will be limited to 6-8; please book your place as soon as possible.
Requirements
Option to continue on to a free gardening course to gain a Level 1 qualification in horticulture, (delivered part-time over eight weeks). Green skills for Green Spaces is open to adults aged 18 to 64 who live in the Torbay area and are unemployed or looking to return to work. Training at Westerland valley Country Park King´s Ash, Paignton TQ33YN.
