A summer opportunity (Jul-Aug) to meet the famous Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh in the Center Plum Village, France
This volunteer project at Plum Village requires a fee to be paid –Hi everyone, if you have ever known the Buddhism Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh you may be interested in volunteering in his centre for this large Summer Retreat 2019. The centre is calling volunteers for its annual largest retreat of the year.
In short, what you get is:
Volunteers can participate in the practice (what I understand is that we have to harmonize between our work and the practice schedule) + a place to sleep (we bring a tent) and food.
What you give is:
Helping hand + a contribution of EUR 150 for a 5 weeks stay.

Program: Summer Retreat 2019
Every year, we offer four weeks of Summer Retreat to everyone, including families and children. The number of retreatants is great and the number of monastics is limited. In order to meet the needs of our retreatants, we rely on many helping hands, especially from practitioners who have been practising in Plum Village tradition before. Serving as a volunteer can be a very rewarding and fulfilling experience.
Volunteers practice mindfulness in a spirit of joyful service while helping to foster harmony and well-being. They also practice as members of our spiritual family. The cost of the service retreat is a small fraction of the cost of a normal retreat in Plum Village.
