Hi! We are The5House, located in the heart of Hanoi. We run a fully equipped homestay that offers free English courses for Vietnamese learners. In exchange, participants simply cover their accommodation and living expenses during their stay with us.

We are The5House, a homestay located in the heart of Hanoi, creating an English-speaking environment for all our guests.
We are currently looking for volunteers who speak English fluently. In return, we offer free accommodation and meals during your stay with us. The teaching and conversation schedule is light — only about 5 fixed hours per week, with an additional 5 optional hours if you’d like to get more involved.
One of the best parts about staying with us is the vibrant community and activities we host. We regularly organize events filled with fun, laughter, and authentic Vietnamese culture. If you’re curious about how Vietnamese people live and love, and you want to experience local life up close, The5House is the perfect place for you.
