“The clear inner nature is beyond dust and impurity.
All things are born from ever-changing illusions.
The spirit is like a bright mirror stand.
In the heart there is a Bodhi tree.”

This verse uses Buddhist images. “Dust” means worries and attachments, while the “bright mirror” and “Bodhi tree” symbolize a clear, awakened mind. The message is that our true nature is already pure and luminous, and when we live simply and mindfully, we can let go of confusion and let this inner clarity guide our life and relationships in the community.
