Farm internship at “La Capra Fenice” farm – with the breeding of 50 goats and processing of milk in the company’s dairy, located in Italy, Abruzzo region, municipality of Tortoreto, also looking for 2022 Resource to be included in its staff with an internship contract regulated by the Abruzzo region. The required period is from 01/03/2022 to 31/10/2022. The Resource, during its training course, will be supported by a company Tutor who will train it in stable management (goat care, feeding, grazing and milking) and in the transformation of milk in the company dairy (raw milk cheeses with lactic and rennet coagulation).
There will also be a tutor from the Abruzzo Region who will view the training course.
The internship contract provides for 40 working hours per week spread over six days.
Benefits
The stipend is 700 euros per month, plus room and board. The resource, during the first days of work, will have to participate in the course for the handling of food, which lasts one day.
At the end of the path, there is the possibility of a further company insertion.
Language
Basic knowledge of the Italian language is required.
